Dunque alcuni dei parametri osservati variano nei pazienti con BMS in funzione della sede d’indagine ma non in funzione della intensità del sintomo. In particolare in corrispondenza del labbro e della lingua nei pazienti con BMS è possibile osservare un aumento del diametro totale delle anse capillari, nonché una dilatazione dell’ansa afferente ed efferente. Viceversa in corrispondenza della gengiva è possibile osservare un aumento della densità capillare nel gruppo caso, parametro non modificato nelle altre due sedi di indagine. | Translation - English
In conclusion, some of the parameters observed vary in patients with BMS depending on the area under investigation, but not depending on the intensity of the symptoms. In particular, in correspondence with the lips and the tongue, in patients with BMS, an increase in the total diameter of the capillary ansae was observed, as well as a dilatation of the afferent and efferent ansae.
Instead, in correspondence with the gingiva, an increase of the capillary density was observed in BMS patients, while this parameter did not result altered in the other two areas examined. |
