About me
I am a Malaysian of Chinese decent and currently studying in Germany in Engineering. My mother tongue is Chinese and our national language is Malay. English is considered the second language in our country after Malay and I was educated in these 3 languages since primary school. Therefore I am capable of speaking, writing and listening in them effectively. I learned German language for 2 and a half years in Malaysia before studying here in Germany. I achieved 1,8(highest 1,0) in the German language proficiency test named DSH(Deutsche Sprachpruefung fuer Auslaendische Hochschulbewerber) which is a prerequisite for admittance to tertiary education institutions. My proficiency levels for these 4 languages in the descending order would be: Chinese, Malay, English, German. I can speak some of the Chinese dialects as well, namely Hokkien and Cantonese.
