Transita la pupila
inhóspitos abismos:
la fiebre y el metal,
la sangre y la ceniza.
Al alba se sacude
el polvo del silencio,
se erige la miseria
de todo lo innombrable.
La herida se repite
en nombre de la nada,
las células del odio
invaden la palabra.
Se ciega la mirada
de átomos inútiles,
las lágrimas llamean
llovizna de susurros.
Ya sólo habla el vacío
y amargamente palpa
la desgarrada sombra
del fruto del absurdo. | Translation - English
The pupil roves
Over hostile abysses
Fever and metal,
Blood and ashes
At the break of dawn ,
Stirs the dust of silence,
The agony of the unspeakable
Is conjured.
The wound is revived
In the name of nothing
The cells of hate
Invade the word
Vision is blinded
By futile atoms
The tears scintillate
Drizzle of whispers
And only the void speaks
And bitterly touches
The torn shadow
Of the fruit borne by the absurd. |
