Source text - English REPORT OF THE MINISTERIAL PROJECT STEERING COMMITTEE MEETING HELD AT THE SANDTON INTER-CONTINENTAL SUN AND TOWERS ON THE 10TH MARCH 2006 IN JOHANNESBURG, SOUTH AFRICA
Background
1. The African Ministers of Public and Civil Service adopted the Stellenbosch Declaration and the Capacity Development Programme on Governance and Public Administration in May 2003. The Stellenbosch Declaration approved the structure and the broad orientation of the Capacity Development Programme and declared that the programme would be implemented within the broad AU framework and its programme NEPAD. Following the 4th Pan-African Conference the Chairperson engaged the NEPAD Secretariat and the AU Commission on resource mobilization for the Capacity Development Programme in Governance and Public Administration. The Ministerial Project Steering Committee was formed within the framework of the Ministers’ Conference at the August 2005 Ministerial Committee meeting. The Project Steering Committee is tasked with giving strategic direction and exercising oversight over the implementation of the Ministers’ programme in terms of the 4th and 5th Pan African Conference of Ministers of Public and Civil Service. The Project Steering Committee held its first meeting on the 10th March 2006 at the Sandton Inter-Continental Sun and Towers in Johannesburg, South Africa. The meeting was convened to deliberate upon and approve work plans for the implementation of the Capacity Development programme in terms of the Stellenbosch and Addis Ababa Declarations.

A Declaração aprovou a estrutura e a ampla orientação do Programa de Desenvolvimento de Capacidade e declarou que o programa seria implementado dentro do quadro da UA e o seu programa NEPAD. Após a 4.ª Conferência Pan-Africana o secretário-geral encarregou o Secretariado do NEPAD e a Comissão UA para a mobilização de recursos para o Programa de Desenvolvimento de Capacidade sobre Governação e Administração Pública. A Comissão Ministerial para Orientação do Projecto foi formada dentro do quadro da Conferência de Ministros na reunião da Comissão Ministerial em Agosto de 2005. A Comissão de Orientação de Projecto está incumbida em dar uma direcção estratégica e supervisionar a implementação do programa ministerial nos termos da 4.ª e 5.ª Conferências Pan-Africanas de Ministros de Serviço Público e Civil. Pour éviter les incidents, les règles suivantes doivent être respectées:
1. Si l’éclairage ou tout autre composant électrique (à l’exception de la pompe) tombent dans l’eau, ne pas chercher à les rattraper avant d’avoir débranché l’aquarium. Avant de les réutiliser, les sécher soigneusement et veiller à ce qu’ils n’aient pas été endommagés.
2. Toujours s’assurer que le cordon de branchement soit en parfait état. Si le cordon est endommagé, le mettre impérativement au rebut.
3. Avant de retirer le néon ou le filtre, débrancher l’appareil. Ne pas utiliser d’autres accessoires électriques que ceux fournis dans ce kit.
4. Lire attentivement toute la notice avant de procéder au montage et à l’installation de votre aquarium.
5. Ne jamais essayer d’enlever l’aquarium du mur lorsqu’il est plein d’eau.
6. Ne jamais manipuler l’aquarium avec les mains mouillées.
7. Si vous soulevez l’aquarium, tenez le toujours par le bas et jamais par le haut.
8. NE JAMAIS LAIISER A LA PORTEE DE JEUNES ENFANTS SANS SURVEILLANCE D’UN ADULTE.

Para evitar acidentes devem ser respeitadas as seguintes regras:
1. Se a lâmpada, ou qualquer outro componente eléctrico (exceptuando a bomba) caírem na água, não os tente recuperar antes de ter desligado o aquário da corrente eléctrica. Antes de os voltar a utilizar seque-os cuidadosamente e observe se não estão danificados
2. Certifique-se sempre que o cabo eléctrico está em perfeitas condições. Se o cabo estiver danificado deite-o fora.
3. Antes de retirar o néon ou o filtro, desligue o aparelho. Não utilize outros acessórios eléctricos que não os fornecidos neste conjunto.
4. Leia atentamente todos os avisos antes de proceder à montagem e à instalação do aquário.
5. Nunca tente retirar o aquário da parede se estiver estiver cheio de água.
6. Nunca manipule o aquário com as mãos molhadas.
7. Se pegar no aquário, agarre-o por baixo e nunca por cima.
8. NUNCA DEIXAR AS CRIANÇAS MEXEREM NELE SEM A SUPERVISÃO DE UM ADULTO.
