Born and raised in Latin America. Now retired, after spending over 30 years as a civil servant for the U.S. government in an international capacity. Interacted with thousands of people of different nationalities and cultures. Lived in Europe and Latin America, and traveled on official missions to different locations in Africa, East Europe, Middle East and Cuba. Have translated countless pamphlets, brochures, memoranda, correspondence, and documents from Spanish to English and vise versa. I have also have interviewed thousands of people both in Spansh and English, and have interpreted for others.
