Translator's Information Summary:
Monica G. Aparicio was born and raised in Argentina. She studied and obtained degrees in both Translation and Political Science in Rosario. After completing her Master’s degree in Buenos Aires and Rosario she worked for CONICET, a national research center, in the field of International Relations. Monica is currently contracting with various translation and government agencies in both Argentina and the US. She holds security clearance to work with the US Government, specifically with the Department of Justice and the Office of Language Services at the Department of State. Dividing her time between Helena, MT and Rosario, Santa Fe, allows her to take advantage of the warm weather in each location and expand her experience in both the English and Spanish culture and language. Her job as a translator, the Internet, and the new and exciting translation tools such as remote servers makes it possible for Monica to interact and work in real time with colleagues from around the world.
