Translation - French Dans la littérature de spécialité , l’imprévision est considérée comme une exception du principe pacta sunt servanda et fait référence à la révision des effets de l’acte juridique (plus exactement, le contract signallagmatique, à titre onereux, commutatif et à exécution successive) à cause de la rupture d’équilibre contractuel due à la suite des occurences considérées par les parties au moment de la signature de l’acte juridique, parce qu’il arrive que les effets de celui-ci soient différents de ceux que les parties, au moment de la signature, ont établi comme obligatoires.
