I am a top mangerial level research scientist,with more than 32 years of experience of actively conducting and guiding research work in the fields of Chemistry, Physics, Mining, Environment, Catalysis, coal science & technology, Energy and Power generation, industrial waste management and utilization; material science; bio-technology.

Have 190 research publicatios; 2 books; 12 technical reports;
chapters in books; Have edited books and Symposia/Conference
proceedings.

Having a flair for languages, I have done Post-Graduate Diploma
(of 2 years duration) in FRENCH and RUSSIAN from Banaras Hindu University and Higher Diploma (Grundstufe-II) in GERMAN from Goethe-Institut (at Prien/Chiemsee), Germany. Have lived in Germany continuously for 4 years for post-doctoral higher research work.

Have taught French for more than 3 years in Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi (India).

Have been teaching German language (also Scientific and technical German)in Indian School of Mines at Dhanbad (a technical university of the Govt. of India) since 1995.

Registered with Indian National Scientific Documentation (INSDOC) and Indian Scientific Translators Association, New Delhi, India, I am an accredited translator for German, French and Russian languages and am apt in translating general articles, scientific and technical articles/reports, research papers from German to English and vice-vera, French to English and vice-versa and Russian to English. For several international scientific conferences I have done translation jobs (French-English/English-French; German-English/English-German. Also quite adept in translation from English to Hindi and Hind to English
