Source text - English Site provisions – temporary installations
The CONTRACTOR shall provide:
- All necessary tools, scaffoldings, etc. necessary for the execution of the job.
- All cranes, lifting gear or other necessary for handling and putting in place of EQUIPMENT and structures,
- The necessary barracks or sheds for pre-fabrication, for his personnel and for storage of materials
- A temporary office near the construction site for GWE LTD Personnel
Following utilities will be put free of charge at the disposal of the CONTRACTOR:
- Electrical current, 440V three-phase and 230V mono-phase, 60 Hz
- Water for sanitary purposes, cleaning and hydraulic testing
The CONTRACTOR will have to provide and install the necessary power distribution panels with cables and power outlets in order to distribute power wherever required on the site.
The CONTRACTOR shall provide the necessary flexible hoses for distribution of water supply wherever required on the site.
Schedule
Upon award of contract, and no later than 2 weeks after, the CONTRACTOR shall submit for approval a detailed construction program (time schedule), showing major milestone, leading to completion of the works by the date required.
This schedule should as much as possible comply with GWE LTD’s overall project schedule. The CONTRACTOR should also prepare an “S- Curve”, showing the Construction schedule on top and a percentage reading of work completed at the bottom. This document will be used for the Progress Payments.

Itinerario
Sobre otorgamiento de contrato y no mas tarde de dos semanas después, el CONTRATISTA deberá someter a aprobación un programa de construcción detallado (cronograma) mostrando un comienzo de construcción considerable que garantice la conclusión de la instalación en la fecha requerida.
Este itinerario deberá cumplir en su mayor forma de empatarse con el itinerario global de GWE LTD.
El CONTRATISTA deberá también preparar una grafica de variaciones mostrando el itinerario de construcción arriba y una lectura porcentual del trabajo completado abajo. Este documento será usado para el pago de progreso de obra.

De nada sirvieron los llamados de la Comisión Estatal de Elecciones para terminar con las descalificaciones entre los aspirantes a la candidatura del PAN a la gubernatura, porque la guerra continúa.
Desde otro frente, el pastor Francisco Fraile García exigió la renovación total del Comité Ejecutivo Nacional para que en el nuevo órgano de gobierno queden incluidos también los panistas que levantaron la voz contra la designación de César Nava.

It seems like the calls made by the elections state comission didn`t help at stoping all the name calling between the party`s aspiring contenders to the governors office because the war is still on.
Up on the other front pastor francisco fraile garcia demanded the total renewal of the national executive committee all in hopes that the new governement organ also includes the panistas who rose their voice against cesar nava`s designation.
