Hello! I'm a freelance translator with 18 years' experience, based in Blackpool, England. My native language is English but I became fluent in French while living and attending school in the south of France from ages 10 to 16. I also work from German to English. I hold the CIOL Diploma in Translation and a BA degree in Media Studies.

After working as a subtitler and respeaker for BBC Broadcast and Red Bee Media, in 2008 I became a self-employed translator, working for agencies and direct clients in France, Switzerland, Germany and the USA and the UK. Apart from my translation work, I enjoy reading, singing, writing and producing synthesizer music, walking in the countryside and yoga.
