I have started my studies of the English language in 1985. From that time on it has been my working language. Over this period, I have been acquainted with a great array of English technical terms. Occasionally, I used to teach English to technicians, who later were sent overseas to received technical training in the field of printing process. In addition to that, I had the opportunity to teach Portuguese to American people with great benefit to myself, like anything else, the more you teach the more you learn. My English accent has improved due to my everyday exposal to the language for more than 10 years with some English-speaking people. I have done technical translations - from English into Portuguese - of manual of large Offset printing machinery.
My experience with interpreting service has been in the construction site, printing factory and socials affair. Translating of even interpreting civil construction term is a brainstorming task. One must be acquainted with term like, scaffolding, laying-on trowel, rope-pulley hoist, to name only a few.
I have 30 years of experience as public speaker. So far, every week, I have delivering public talk in many parts of Brazil as well in Germany once.
In New York, in October of 1996, I received training on how to manage machinery designs conception from the sketch. Part of my job, back that time, was machinery design to many different applications. This put me to work with the followings computer programs: Word, Excel, CorelDraw, Auto CAD (for construction engineering) and Inventor 2008 (for machinery engineering)
