Translation - Romanian Any natural or legal person that signs the insurance contract for other natural person, by compliance with the legal regulations concerning the concluding of this contract and that pays the insurance premiums.
Contractor of the insurance can be the insured himself/herself.
When the insurance contractor is the legal person, this can sign the insurance only for its employees and for their family members as their capacity of co-insured.
