Dear all,
It is with great pleasure and enthusiasm that we invite you to our workshop in Manchester on May 22!
Questions covered during the ''Direct Clients - Get Close Enough to Touch, but Don't Kiss!'' workshop: • How can we find our first direct clients? • What should we keep in mind at the start of our careers or when making the shift from agencies to direct clients? • How close should we get with our clients on a personal level? • Does it pay off to invest time in these relationships vs. traditional marketing and advertising? • How can we ‘market’ client relationships other than through testimonials? • Ideas to keep in touch that will subtly create a demand for your services. • What happens when you don’t get along with your direct clients?
About the speaker: Tanya Quintieri is Business Development Manager at PatchworkLabs, President of the DVÜD e.V. in Germany, founder of darLINGS Berlin and Partner at Czech Your Business and PinkTies. Being a committed entrepreneur, she loves to share her knowledge and experience gained in more than 13 years of successful freelancing. She has been invited to speak at conferences, fairs and universities throughout Germany and Europe. Her main topics are young professionals, social media marketing, corporate identity, and cooperation opportunities for freelancers, as well as client acquisition and — much more important! — client retention. Since 2002 she has only worked with direct clients, so in this talk, Tanya will shed some light on the mysteries of direct client relationships. The focus is never on cold calling or emailing, but on relationship management. You will get inspiration on how to build relationships that pay off!
This is an unmissable event and we look forward to welcoming you in May at the iconic Bridgewater Hall! You are also welcome to join us for a small after event get-together, accompanied by wine and bubbly.
