Translator since 1988
➢ in 1991 translated legal texts, lease contracts and financial texts related to securities
➢ worked five years with Radio Slovenija (as translator and host of news casts for German speaking tourists)
➢ did text editing, translation memory and text alignment for various translating agencies (for major projects)
➢ worked as project manager as well as translator, proof reader and text editor for German language - for large projects and public tenders (SLO-GER-SLO over 750.000 words)

Specialised fields: automobile industry, annual reports, banking, electronics, household appliances, medicine, musical instruments, paints and varnishes, patents, general legal texts and contracts, IT and computers, public tenders, machines and technical equipment – user manuals etc., tourism, home furnishing, floors & carpets, garden equipment, HI-FI equipment and electronics, etc.

Working experience: More than 31 years of translation work.
I work with Trados (SDL Trados Suite Freelance 2007 / Workbench, Tag Editor, WinAlign / and lately also SDL Trados Studio 2014/2015.

Capacity:
My personal capacity totals approximately 8 pages or 2000 words per day.

Availability: Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., weekends and extra hours upon previous agreement.
