Term Recognition options in Trados

ciao, avrei un nuovo problema da segnalarvi, forse qualcuno può aiutarmi.
Ho aperto la Workbench di Trados e vorrei abbassare la percentuale del "minimum match value" (Options > Terminology recognition options > settings)impostata automaticamente sul 70%. Il problema è che posso abbassare la soglia ma puroppo non posso cliccare su ok per confermare perchè la funzione è disattivata. Qualcuno sa dirmi perchè?

Non è attivo l'OK per la modifica se MultiTerm non è aperto.

P.S: il Term recognition non si riferisce ai termini nella TM, ma nel glossario

per scoprire se un termine (non parlo di segmenti interi!!!!) è stato già tradotto devo per forza evidenziarlo e poi andare su concordance, ovvero devo sempre farlo manualmente? Non esiste una funzione che mi segnali automaticamente i termini già tradotti? Premetto che sto provando a fare una trad. con trados senza utilizzare MultiTerm

Pensavo che durante la traduzione fosse possibile individuare in modo automatico i singoli termini presenti nella memoria e che ci fosse la possibilità di vedere in tempo reale i traducenti nella finestra del workbench per poi selezionarli e inserirli nel testo riducendo i tempi di digitazione.
