Dear Henry,
the first time I used the Agency Ratings service it showed perfectly well. This morning all I get is a white-blue table with all the data, but in the ratings column I only get \"Ratings:3\" or whatever, ossia, the number of voting pros, but not the very AVERAGE SCORE it is given. This makes it useless. Why so? Is this a temporary bug?

In the few days that the Blue Board has been online, it has become apparent that the idea of showing average scores without providing access to reviewer\'s information was ill-conceived. People were able to post reviews that were--in effect--anonymous to 95% of the community.

Simple solution:
You need a pair of platinum glasses...on sale for $125 (or less, with appropriate discount)
