3rd Party Product that stores City Names in Multiple Languages

I am looking for a 3rd Party Product (Database or electronic library) that stores City Names (North American, Carribean, European etc) in multiple languages. Also if this information can be extracted via XML file or Web Services etc.

For e.g for Munich, this product should output Munich (English), München (German) etc
