Our last two movies, we've shot at 24 days and 20 days. Both of them would have had normal film budgets. If we were shooting stock, probably a 150,000 feet of film, maybe 200,000 feet of film. Maybe a little less if we were doing
three perf, 35 or Super 16. But on both the Net 2.0 and the last movie we did, we shot the equivalent of about 500-600,000 feet of film in terms of video tape.

Le métrage ici concerne effectivement la pellicule nécessaire à un tournage (donc vierge, en toute probabilité), par comparaison à l'économie que permet de réaliser la vidéo en la matière (et pour cause = pas de pellicule). Donc, je traduirais par "si nous utilisions de la pellicule…".

Je pense donc que ca veut dire que ils ont filme a partir de pelicule et non digitalement (comme c'est le cas maintenant)
