French term or phrase: "bon pour consentement exprès"
Found at the bottom of a joint guarantee, prior to the signature of the spouse:

Faire précéder la signature du conjoint commun en biens de la mention manuscrite: "Bon pour consentement exprès". I assume this is a standard phrase, any suggestions would be appreciated.

agree  Sylvia Smith: "bon pour accord" = "agreed" is a standard phrase on French contracts that signers must write above their signature, so "express consent" seems appropriate here!

agree  Gina W: I would translate "bon pour", by wording the entire phrase as "With the express consent of", since it will be followed by the signatory's name and (eventual) signature, if you are going to word it this way [ETA]: you're welcome, hon:)

agree  Natalie Chandler: Gad's suggestion of "With the express consent of" is a nice way of solving it
