Is operators corrects or is it better to say traders, agents or vendors. Thanks!

This is what I've usually read when looking at info on expos and fairs. It defines that anyone involved in the trade can participate, and it really culls out any one else who might be intereste.

An example in the attached link int the "Register to attend" subsection of the highlights.
