A volte la testata motrice viene definita "gear reducer" ma in questo caso *testata motrice* è il complesso di componenti che include, tra gli altri, anche un *motor*, un *gear reducer*....*pulleys* quindi credo che sia meglio tradurre con ***driving head*** o semplicemente ***head*** che indicano l'intera unità motrice dell'elevatore a tazze (bucket elevator).
