Es geht um einen Patienten mit Gastroenteritis.
Bei der Sonografie des Abdomens steht:
Gallenblase glatt berandet und konkrementfrei. Beide Nieren von altersentsprechender Form und Grösse mit scharfen***PP- u. Organgrenzen*** regelrechtem PPI u. ohne Harnaufstau.

Das PPI ist der Parenchym-Pyelon-Index, aber was ist das PP?
