PORT (Pneumonia Outcome Research Team) score

Explanation:
"Fine score" is only used as direct translation of "score de Fine" from french origin papers. It seems not to be a special accepted translation.

This three terms refers to a Point Scoring System for Hospital Admission. Are used with the same meaning: "Fine score" = PSI (Pneumonia Severity Index ) = PORT (Pneumonia Outcome Research Team) score.
http://www.blackwellpublishing.com/eccmid14/abstract.asp?id=...

Really, the PSI score is one modified from the PORT score, and modified from Fine (New. Engl. J. Med 1997 ; 336: 243-250), this last in the aspect of the categories.

This indecision is well expressed in: http://www-sante.ujf-grenoble.fr/sante/CMU/2006/cours/Pneumo...

So, you can choose between them. The Fine score possiblly not the best choose.
