if it's a store or a repair place, it would be "computer center".
if it's the department inside a company that deals with the computer issues, it would be the "MIS department"

I would go for computing center rather than computer center as previously advised - as "cómputos" refers to the actual computing process rather than to computers (ie the machines). Computer center suggests the latter. Eurodictum agrees!

With all due respect to Sarah regarding the distinction...
between "computer center" as the place where computers live and "computing center" as the place where computation occurs, the customary phrase (in the U.S., anyway, and in Silicon Valley in particular, where I lived and worked for a number of years), is "computer center" -- presumably because wherever computers are, computing will occur as a byproduct...
