NIE chodzi tu o 'business trip', a o pracę czasową, np. na 6 m-cy. Póki co wymyśliłam 'appointed' (assigned?), ale to jakoś mało specyficznie.

Oczywiście, patrząc od strony polskiego kontrahenta, są oni "borrowed" - dla kontrahenta zagranicznego są oni "seconded".
