disagree Shaima Ebrahim : we faced such a structure at college : " read read read " but we didnt translate it to "ekraa thomma ekraa thomma ekraa" becuz it seemed similar to " ommak thomma ommak " lol. so we decided it to translate the verb and put an adverb as an emphasizer.
