IMO AKhram's answer fits nicely with the context of your question, but not with the context of the website you cited as example. In the latter case, IMO 'design integrity' is being used in a rather limited sense to refer to protection against unaithorised copying or conterfeiting of other people's designs (especially designs protected by copyright or other intellectual property legislation). Not nearly as noble a concept as what AKhram describes.
