Etwas mehr Kontext wäre hilfreich, um z.B. zwischen Luftfahrzeug, Bodenfahrzeug und Schiff unterscheiden zu können. Somit nur CL 2. Im militärischen ist Nebel generell smoke und dient zur Maskierung/Verhüllung/Verdeckung. Die Wahl der Triebwerkbezeichnung hängt natürlich von der Fahrzeugart ab.
