Spanish term

VPRR

Spanish to English Bus/Financial Transport / Transportation / Shipping Deliveries
text from Spain, dealing with logistics and deliveries throughout Spain. This appears as a type of delivery - I have looked on the net and think it may well be an English acronym, but I need to be sure and I am curious to find out...here's the (sparse) context and TIA!

Hi Edward, I've just asked a friend who works for ECI and she said it means something like "Venta en proceso "respuesta rápida".

This presentation makes frequent refs to VPRR but does not explain! But there is reference to "respuesta rápida". Unfortunately this could still mean that it is an English acronym, which would contain "rapid response".

Let's see if anyone can get any further! Otherwise we need to find support for the acronym being used in English (I've failed so far) in order to be able to leave it as it is.
