Em pequena jogava esse jogo. Sempre que duas pessoas diziam a mesma palavra ou frase ao mesmo tempo, uma delas dizia "Chispas!" e a outra ficava proibida de falar até ordem contrária.
Era um jogo muito comum na minha geração e na minha zona, pelo que é, para mim, a tradução mais adequada. Mas não sei se será familiar a pessoas de outras gerações e de outras zonas do país.

This is a game that you play, usually by children...jinx is maldição or má sorte...
The game rules are that you are only able to talk when the other person says bless you or if you say double jinx, you loose your turn two times:
