Kami who is an Aries Explanation: I think in this case 卡咪 is likely to be a name (feels like a pet or nickname). Although, I can't be sure since there was not much context. But, 卡咪 is not a word to my knowledge and searching around on the web also yielded no result. |

man, god Explanation: I surfed around the net, read some postings, and got the feeling that "卡咪" probably comes from Japanese, as "かみ kami" in old japanese, meaning "god, 神". In another posting, a couple was thinking about adopting a cat. The guy picked the name 卡咪(かみ) for a male cat, and 烏咪(うみ) if it is a female cat. |
