Can you please hep me in translating these two Arabic phrases (form the UAE Civil Transactions Act, Articles 282 and 292):
1 - كل إضرار بالغير يلزم فاعله ولو غير مميز بضمان الضرر
2- بقدر الضمان في جميع الأحوال بقدر ما لحق المضرور من ضرر وما فاته من كسب.
