Invisible presence sounds alright on its own, but add the Spanish name -Melquiades and it just does not read or sound right in English.
with/In the invisible presence of Melquiades or even ...in/ with Melquiades invisible presence. To me sounds archaic. Would be the same as saying with Gods invisible presence, meaning in Gods absence or not being present or being there.
More context, discussion is needed and this is just my opinion from a quick interpretation of the phrase.
