Dear people, my doubt is the word "mora". I give you more context, it's a financial report and the sentence goes like this: ... se acentuó la restricción de fondos promoviendo costos financieros elevados y desacelerando el crecimiento del sector con una MORA tendiente a crecer por restricción del bolsillo del cliente..."
