Well, this is a suggestion. This is not so much a literal translation, but more of an "explanation of the message purpose"
Another option might be פג תוקפה של ההתקשרות and if to use Jonathan's suggestion, than פסק זמן התקשרות or פסק זמן של ההתקשרות might be good options as well. I would opt to use התקשרות for session rather than פעולה.
I am not so keen for automatically using MS' choice of words, at times their choices are just not good enough in my opinion.
