I agree with the asker that обратный вывоз must surely be re-export rather than re-import. Both terms exist and there are numerous Google references for re-export, including:

Нет, Сергей, дело не в том, что re-export - это "more common" чем re-import.
Просто я рассчитала все с точностью до наоборот.
Я считала что последовательность действий такая: Import, а потом RE-import
Это ж логично, разве нет?
Недаром все согласились.
А оказалось, что в английском другая логика:
Import, а если потом обратно, то Re-export.
Аналогично, мне казалось, что Обратный ввоз - это :
Export, а потом Re-Export
А оказалось:
Export, а потом Re-import.
Вот такие дела!
За что мне нравится Проз - всегда что-нибудь новенькое узнаю.
