As it appears in restaurants, I think you can directly say "menú", since it is a board -usually placed outside del restaurant- to announce the day's speciality.

Supongo que será el tablero grande que se usa para mostrar los precios. Si es así, aquí no tiene un nombre preciso, pero se usan todavía los tableros de las antiguas escuelas y tizas (chalks); eso se llama encerado. Tablero es más generañ y creo que adecuado si el contexto se refiere a dicho elemento.

I would called it simply menu (acento en la u) because this applies to
both the menu brought to your table and the board that you can find in a fast food restaurant, I recently translated a big project for a fast food chain, and that is the translation I gave.
