I understood after I saw the Aro/Iro-question.

Thanks for the additional note, which in fact confirms this answer as well as the answer to Aro / Iro; remains \"Abd\", which stands for abduction.
So the arm can be elevated (in the shoulder) 130° and placed in retroversion up to 40° (sounds not severely limited; can\'t do it much better myself); external rotation up to 90°, internal up to 60° (you can check with yourself easily, if you flex your elbow and then rotate your upper arm). Abduction up to 130°, this shoulder was treated well, I think.

Nikolaus

Comment: "I chose elevation / retroversion instead of eleveation / depression because I remember having translated some 10 pages before that the patient was not able to carry out the "Schürzengriff" which means that she cannot rotate the arm backwards.
Thanks to everyone!"

elevation / depression
after a bit of thinking and reading the Aro/Iro question, they must be opposite movements of the shoulder and the opposite of elevation is depression. Retroversion is moving backwards, while elevation is moving upwards. See links for details

Discussion
The whole line:
El/Re 130/0/40, Abd 130, Aro/Iro 90/0/60
and that's it.
Not much help is it? Sorry!
