I can't find anything on the internet on concrete sites that uses a term remotely like this - mostly they talk about cracking/damage/rupture etc. "pathological manifestations" seems to only relate to medicine! So could it just be 'damage/symptoms of damage or cracking?'

That's how I would translate it. I'm pretty sure "manifestação patológica" in your context means "structural damages" due to environmental conditions, for example.
