Buongiorno Colleghi,

se ho sbagliato campo, correggete pure. Non sapevo bene cosa inserire. Sto traducendo il testo web di una nota azienda produttrice di cioccolato che descrive la vision aziendale. Si fa la distinzione tra consumer e flavour beans, i semi di cacao ovviamente. In Rete ho trovato solo la distinzione tra cacao aromatico o fine e cacao non aromatico o bulk. Tra l'altro sia consumer che flavour sono messi tra virgolette. Qualcuno sa dirmi se con consumer ci si riferisce al cacao bulk?
