disagree  Tony M: No, that would translate 'the latter'; the former means 'le premier' and refers to the burglar alarm part of the system (only) / But it's neither an 'avertisseur', nor 'anti-vol', I'm afraid.

Il comprend un système de télésurveillance en circuit fermé (cctv) connecté à un central d'alarme anti-intrusion et anti-incendie formé de capteurs de mouvements pour ce qui du système de surveillance précédemment cité, ainsi que de caméras d'enregistrement vidéo situées dans les angles afin de contrôler l'accès aux portes principales.
There are 3 distinct things here not to be mixed-up the ones with the others :
CCTV (closed circuit tv) which does not nécessarily imply recording of footage and which probably covers the whole property... to my understanding, that's the part triggered by the sensors

alarm center (here linked to the CCTV system)

and recording cameras which record whatever happens at the gates...

disagree  Tony M: No, that would mean 'aforementioned' and would be ambiguous/confusing here; former here specifically refers to the burglar part of that alarm system, to which the sensors are connected. / I've just translated a major spec. in this field.
