Bonjour, je cherche une traduction adéquate ( autre que point faible) pour ce concept:

Blind spots (defined in the context of personal development) refer to the aspects of ourselves we aren’t fully conscious of.

Blind spots aren’t necessarily negative traits or weaknesses, though they usually are. When you are oblivious to something, there is a high likelihood that (1) you have never worked on it before, which leaves an opportunity for improvement (2) it is acting as an invisible boundary that limits your experience in your life. When you uncover your blind spots and actively work on them, you start becoming more conscious as an individual, of your strengths and opportunity areas, the boundaries you operate within. If you don’t uncover these blind spots, you will never be able to work on them, simply because you aren’t aware of their existence

Explanation:
C'est ce que j'ai utilisé dans des documents similaires, l'idée est de faire ressortir qu'il s'agit plus d'un problème de point de vue et de prise de conscience que d'un point négatif.

Dans l'objectif de développement personnel, prendre conscience de ce qu'on n'avait pas vu ou pas voulu voir est plus positif que de souligner un défaut, une zone d'ombre ou une faille.

Le terme blind spot est d'ailleurs utilisé couramment pour l'angle mort des rétroviseurs ou de visibilité du conducteur d'un véhicule, c'est donc une restitution du sens dans le même contexte.

C'est aussi une façon de faire comprendre qu'on peut être la cible d'attaques de ce côté qu'on n'aurait pas vu venir, pour rejoindre la notion de vulnérabilité (voir attaque en angle mort ci-dessous).
