I don't think I would use that phrasing, since the bonus is based on the period of time the employee has been withthe company, not on them having been there a long time necessarily

Thanks, as I mentioned above, the bonus is not determined by employees being with the company "a long time", but rather by the length of their service. It could be 3 years or 20, so it's not a matter of it being a long time.

Seniority Premiums
This is standard accounting in Mexico. Premiums are paid to workers based on the number of years of service completed. Hope this helps.
