Thank you Both of your suggestions are very good--and probably better than my choice--but given that this phrase stood independently among a set of tags, I went with "anything can be transformed". In other words "recetas" is a separate tag word, so my translation looked something like this:

spinach parsley patties croquettes leftovers recipes anything can be transformed
