Spanish term
Panfibrocolonoscopía
Spanish to English
Medical
Medical: Health Care
Check-ups
In a brochure for medical check-ups, this term appears in a list, and as a single word, under the subheading 'PRUEBAS COMPLEMENTARIAS' .
I suspected that it could be 'Panfibrocolonoscopy' but I've had no luck finding that anywhere.
Thanks in advance.

panendoscopy and colonoscopy OR: upper endoscopy and colonoscopy

Not knowing the other items in your list, I'm guessing that the text is a little off-base. 'Pan' would be used for an upper endoscopy, not a colonoscopy, since 'pan' refers to several organs. See the explanation of panendoscopy at the link above and is often done in conjunction with a colonoscopy.
'Fiberoptic' is assumed.

I should have mentioned that I went with 'panendoscopy' because an endoscope is fiberoptic and an a colonoscope is rigid.

complete fiberoptic colonoscopy
A full or complete colonoscopy using a flexible fiberoptic colonoscope.
Actually, I don't think this would be spelt out in an English report, since a complete colonoscopy is never really accomplished with a rigid colonoscope. Hence, "complete colonoscopy" alone might suffice.

For liz :-)
Of the numerous options for colon cancer screening, complete fiberoptic colonoscopy allows the most thorough evaluation of the colon with the added benefit that suspicious lesions can be excised during the exam and then biopsied.
http://www.med.nyu.edu/virtualcolonoscopy/traditional/
Based upon the role of complete fiberoptic colonoscopy in screening programs employing FOBT and sigmoidoscopy and extrapolation from data on sigmoidoscopy, periodic fiberoptic colonoscopy (every 10 years) is probably both effective and cost-effective as a screening intervention for colorectal cancer.
www.asph.org/.../MilestonesChapter5.PBL.Medical...
A complete colonoscopy according to Current Procedural Terminology published by the AMA is: “Colonoscopy, flexible, proximal to the splenic flexure; diagnostic, with or without collection of specimen(s) by brushing or washing, with or without colon decompression (separate procedure)”
