En mi opinión, la traducción con “presunción” resulta forzada en español. Mi objetivo con esta sugerencia es ofrecer una alternativa más fluida sin la menor pérdida semántica. El derecho a que se considere algo como correcto, no implica que vaya a ocurrir así, tan solo es una opción. El mismo uso del presente de subjuntivo (“pueda”) ya lo deja entrever.
