This is from the notes taken by a doctor after assessing a patient's condition. I suspect Tx stands for "Thromboxane" because of the content, but I need to be sure. Thanks in advance to all.

Context:

A la exploración física se le detecta inflamación en la zona lumbar con manifestación de dolor a la palpación. Se le proporciona Tx a través de anti-inflmatorios y analgésicos, por lo cual después de vigilancia médica se vuelve a valorar 3 horas posteriores al Tx y el paciente se retira a su domicilio sin problema alguno y con las indicaciones de poder realizar sus actividades de una manera normal.

Explanation:
In this context, Tx is shorthand for "treatment" or "therapy" ("treatment was provided..."). You could work around the awkward wording by rephrasing "Se le proporciona Tx a través de anti-inflmatorios y analgésicos" as "Anti-inflammatory agents and analgesia were administered" or something along those lines.
