Angiographie des linken Beines: Nach Sondierung der behandlungsbedürftigen Läsionen erfolgten Dilatationen. Hiernach zeigen sich die therapierten Gefäßabschnitte wieder gut durchgängig bei gering ausgeprägten, hämodynamisch nicht relevanten Dissekaten.
Procedere: Wir bitten um Weiterführung der begonnenen Thrombozytenaggregationshemmung als Dauermedikation mit 1 x 100 mg ASS/d, bei Dissekatbildung über den Zeitraum von 4 Wochen auch in der Kombination von Aspirin und Plavix.
Ich habe an dissected materials gedacht, aber das passt irgendwie nicht.
Weiters habe ich folgende Definition gefunden, die mir leider auch nicht wirklich weiter hilft: Ein aus seiner Verbindung herausgelöster Anteil der Gelenkfläche mit Knorpel oder mit Knorpel und Knochen.
