एड़ी आघात/ पुट्ठों पर पदाघात
एड़ी आघात may be considered as a possible translation.
Another option would be to use the English synomym "butt kick" instead, which can be translated into Hindi as पुट्ठों पर पदाघात।
पुट्ठा is a more suitable term for butt than नितंब as नितंब can seem to be vulgar. Instead of पुट्ठा, कूल्हा can also be used, which means "hip". But I would prefer पुट्ठा.
The usual Hindi term for kick would be लात, but पुट्ठों पर लात sounds odd and incomplete, and पुट्ठों पर लात मारना seems an impossible feat and difficult to imagine (unless the पुट्ठा is someone else's!).
