HP NG transfer

Context:
Operational limit FSRU on eastern side: * HP NG transfer * (fixed by the HP arm operating limit).
Maximum current near terminal: 0.5 m/s for all directions
Maximum wind speed: 25 m/s (3" average)
Maximum wave height: Hs = 1.25 m.
FSRU = Floating storage and regasification unit
NG = natural gas
Do they mean "high pressure"? Note: It is NOT "HPNG transfer" but "HP NG transfer". TIA!

SO/TR 17177:2015 also addresses high pressure natural gas (HPNG) at the transfer interface at facilities where liquefaction or regasification is undertaken, but does not describe requirements for the process plant generally forming part of the terminal facility

Discussion
"The LNG may be regasified on the regasification vessel. The regasified natural gas may be discharged with a high pressure arm to a dock and delivered onshore".
http://www.google.com/patents/US20100263389
LNG es "liquefied natural gas".
"This is especially significant in the huge natural gas (NG) market where solutions are required for storage and transport of the gas whether from NG reservoirs in high pressure giant tanks or as a compact low pressure NG tank for small vehicles and other NG powered devices."
Esto de un pdf que abrirlo había que bajarlo a disco duro pero que te lo puedo enviar por correo, si quieres.
HP suele ser abreviatura de High Pressure:
"At high overall pressure ratios, the compression system is usually split into two units; a Low Pressure (LP) Compressor mounted on one shaft followed by an High Pressure (HP) Compressor mounted on the HP shaft and driven by its own (HP) turbine."
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gas_turbine_engine_compressors
Pienso que documentos parecidos (¿el original de esta consulta?) indican lo mismo:
“Critical Equipment” shall mean the regasification skids consisting of high pressure pump, LNG vaporiser and associated pipework and controls and the HP compressor."

Gracias de todos modos, Nahuelhuapi.
